Once selected to join Landmark Protective Services, all new employees must attend an employee orientation program that welcomes the employee and instills the company philosophy and ethics. Topics discussed include security officer code of conduct, cultural diversity and sexual harassment awareness.

After completing the employee orientation, the new employee must attend our security officer training program where they receive training on the following security related topics:

  • Texas Commission on Private Security Officer Training
  • Code of Conduct
  • Ethics
  • Report Writing
  • Incident Documentation
  • Customer Service & Guest Relations
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Rules of Patrol
  • Law of Arrest
  • Uniform and Equipment Procedures and Maintenance
  • American Heart Association CPR, AED and First Aid Training
  • Officer & Guest Safety
