Landmark Protective Services monitors the performance of our security officers through site inspections, frequent contact with site supervisors, and by reviewing their daily activity reports and other required paperwork.

Each client account has a facility manager assigned to the post to oversee the daily operations of the security personnel and to act as a liaison between the property management and Landmark Protective Services. The facility manager is responsible for developing a weekly schedule for the security officers, developing and updating specific post policies and procedures, and ensuring that the security staff is properly trained to deal with any security-related incidents at the facility.

An operations manager is assigned to each client facility to assist the facility manager in any way necessary to ensure that the client receives the best possible service. Operations managers are responsible for conducting unannounced post inspections to ensure that the client's needs are being met or exceeded. The operations manager will respond to all complaints from the clients in a timely manner.

The operations managers' report directly to the President of Landmark Protective Services.
